This website gives general information about water damage and offers a phone line. Your call connects you to an independent contractor who speaks with you on that call. We do not do the work, we are not a party to any agreement you make with the contractor, and we do not contact you afterwards. Use the information sensibly, and in an emergency that threatens safety, call 911.

This website and phone line are operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui under the name Water Damage Restoration Wheat Ridge. By using the site or calling the number shown on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the phone line.

Water Damage Restoration Wheat Ridge is a call-in referral service. When you call, your own call is connected to an independent local contractor who speaks with you on that call. Contractors are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not supervise, direct or guarantee their work.

Any inspection, estimate, schedule, contract or work is agreed directly between you and the contractor during your call or afterwards between the two of you. We are not a party to those agreements. Before work begins, you are encouraged to confirm the contractor's business details, any licences or registrations required by the City of Wheat Ridge or the State of Colorado for the work involved, insurance and the written terms of the job.

Content on this site is general information about water damage and restoration. It is not professional, legal, insurance, engineering or medical advice for your situation. Conditions vary from property to property; rely on qualified professionals who can inspect your property. Images are illustrative.

If there is a risk to life or safety, such as fire, a gas smell, electrical danger or rising floodwater, leave the area and call 911 or your utility first. Do not enter flooded areas with electrical hazards. Nothing on this site replaces emergency services.

By calling, you choose to be connected to an independent contractor for a live conversation on that call. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute purposes; where required, you will be told at the start of the call. Calling does not give permission for anyone to contact you later by phone, text or email, and we do not do so. We do not collect your details for later contact or pass them on for that purpose.

You agree not to misuse the site or phone line, including by placing fraudulent or abusive calls, interfering with the site's operation, attempting unauthorized access, or copying content in bulk.

The text, design and images on this site are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other use needs written permission.

The site links to third-party websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site and the referral service are provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and availability, and we make no promise about any contractor's availability, response time, workmanship or results.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work performed or not performed by an independent contractor, from your use of the site, or from your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or phone line or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to these terms will be brought in the state courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, unless the law requires otherwise.
